Shipping Information
If we need to contact you regarding your order we will require a correct email address that you have regular access to and a valid contact number (see Privacy Policy re our use of customer information).
Once we have contacted you we will keep your order open for another week. If we have no response from you your order will be cancelled - no money will be charged to your card. If you have paid by paypal a refund will be issued.

- Orders with a combined weight of over 2kg will be split into separate parcels.
- Orders with items weighing over 2kg individually will have their own charges applied. This is viewable during the checkout process.
- Heavy items such as filled punch bags are not included in the free postage offer.

- If in the event Royal Mail services are withdrawn we will use either DPD, DPD Local or DHL.
- All shipping services are provided by 3rd party companies. We do not take responsibility for timeframes provided by 3rd party companies. Timeframes for shipping provided above are estimates. Delays to shipping timeframes after orders have been dispatched are the fault of the couriers.
- In the event of excessive delays i.e. over a week from confirmed dispatch, please get in touch. Email or facebook is the preferred option as it creates a trackable conversation. We do not manually track orders ourselves once they have been sent, but we will try our upmost resolve any issues caused by excessive delays.
- All delivery times apply Monday to Friday.
- Weekends are not included in delivery times from day of dispatch unless otherwise individually arranged.
- FOR ALL TWINS, FAIRTEX and MTG PRO ORDERS we are placing a MINIMUM lead time of 7 to 14 days on all orders. This is due to supply chain issues.
