Returns

 

Our returns policy is designed to be simple and easy to understand so that our customers do not get confused with unnecessary jargon;

  • You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order.
  • You can also exchange your item within 28 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different product, this is no problem if you contact us via email stating your requirement and we will be able to debit the origional card with your permission should the value need altering.
  • We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address. 
  • If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • All goods will be inspected on return.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they're securely packed. Where possible, returned items should include tags and any packaging.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
  • You can exchange any item on the website excluding groin guards, gum shields, hand wraps and ankle supports unless they are sealed in the original package and have not be worn. This is due to consideration of hygiene.
  • You must contact us prior to sending back any items. Any items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
  • There will be an additional charge the same as you slected origionally  to cover the cost of new items sent out to you depending on what item it is. Our postage costs are very, very competitive therefore we cannot resend items out free of charge if you have chosen the wrong one. 
  • Once we have received the wrong item back and the postage cost of 7.99 or 3.99 in the way of card payment we will send out the alternative requested item (please note we can no longer accept cheques).
  • If the goods you order are not "fit for purpose" (ie not as described or sub-standard) we will refund the total cost once we have received the items back unused and in the original package.

We do not give refunds under the following circumstances.

If the item(s) have been used in anyway.

If the item(s) have been damaged in anyway after having been signed for at the point of delivery as being in good condition.

We MUST be informed within 28 days of receiving the item if you wish to make a return.

Lost Items

If an item is lost during the delivery process we will track the lost item on your behalf. If, after seven days have passed, the item has still not been traced we will replace the item.
