- Delivery typically takes around two weeks, but this depends on the supplier's stock. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll email you straight away so you can choose what to do next.
- If any other item on your order is out of stock, we'll be in touch to let you know.
Payment Information
- We accept PayPal and Opayo (credit/debit card). Payment is taken immediately when you place your order, either from your PayPal account or from the card you used.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, you'll receive a notification from PayPal when your refund is being processed. Processing times vary by payment method, so please check your payment provider's terms for their refund timeframes.
- We do not offer free returns.
