Our registered office is:

In these Terms and Conditions, “Thai Boxing Store Ltd”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Thai Boxing Store (UK) LTD trading as Thai Boxing Store Ltd.
Our contact details are provided in the Contact us section of our website.
2. These terms
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects or limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with a mandatory legal right that applies to you, that legal right will take precedence.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings, and product images may be for illustrative purposes.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to update product information where necessary.
4. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, provide a refund for any amount you have already paid for that product.
5. Prices
The prices displayed on our website are the prices applicable at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise and will be shown before you complete your purchase.
6. Pricing errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. However, occasionally an obvious pricing error may occur.
If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund any payment you have made for the affected product.
7. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order. Your order will be accepted when we send you confirmation that the products have been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will provide a full refund for the cancelled products.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Your payment method may be authorised when you place your order. Where applicable, payment will be taken in accordance with the payment provider’s process.
We do not store complete payment card details unless this is expressly permitted and handled by our payment service provider in accordance with applicable requirements.
9. Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
The delivery charge applicable to your order will depend on the delivery method selected and, where applicable, the destination and size or weight of the order.
10. Delivery
We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date or period with you.
We remain responsible to you for ensuring that the goods are delivered in accordance with your statutory rights. Our use of third-party delivery companies does not remove or limit our responsibilities to you.
If there is a significant delay or a failure to deliver within the period required by law, you may have rights to cancel your order and obtain a refund.
11. Undelivered or missing orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier. This may include checking tracking information or raising a claim with the carrier.
Any investigation or claim with a carrier is a matter between us and the carrier and does not remove or delay any statutory rights or remedies you may have against us.
We will deal with missing or undelivered orders in accordance with applicable consumer law and will not require you to wait for a carrier’s investigation or claim to be concluded where doing so would unlawfully delay a remedy to which you are entitled.
12. Risk and responsibility for goods
If you are a consumer, the goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them, other than the carrier.
We cannot transfer responsibility for loss or damage during delivery to you simply because a third-party carrier is used.
13. Your statutory rights
Our products come with statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, goods must be:
- of satisfactory quality;
- as described;
- fit for any particular purpose that you made known to us; and
- otherwise supplied in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
14. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise do not conform to your statutory rights, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy required by law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where you are entitled to return faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will not require you to bear the cost of returning those goods where applicable law requires us to cover that cost.
15. Your statutory right to cancel
If you are a consumer and you purchase goods from us online, you normally have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you, or someone you nominate (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the 14-day period normally begins when you receive the last of those goods.
To exercise your statutory cancellation right, you must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period.
You may do this by contacting us using the details in the Contact us section or by using the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms.
Once you have told us that you are cancelling, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of telling us that you wish to cancel.
16. Returns during the statutory cancellation period
If you exercise your statutory cancellation right within the first 14 calendar days:
- you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to your statutory rights;
- you must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession; and
- you may handle and inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for goods that are lost in transit while being returned to us.
17. Refunds following statutory cancellation
If you validly exercise your statutory cancellation right, we will refund you for the goods cancelled and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option that we offered.
If you chose a more expensive delivery service, such as express or next-day delivery, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option.
We will make the refund without undue delay and normally within 14 calendar days of the earliest of:
- the day we receive the returned goods; or
- the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
Where we have not yet received the goods and you have not provided evidence of their return, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have returned them.
We will normally refund the payment using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
18. Our additional 30-day goodwill returns policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day goodwill returns period.
This means that, subject to the conditions below, you may return eligible goods for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods, even where your statutory 14-day cancellation period has expired.
Our 30-day goodwill returns policy is an additional benefit and does not reduce, replace or affect your statutory rights.
For returns made under our 30-day goodwill policy:
- you must contact us and request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods;
- the goods must be returned to us within the timeframe specified when we authorise the return;
- goods must be unused, in their original condition and, where reasonably applicable, in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached;
- you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us;
- the original delivery charge is not refundable under our goodwill returns policy; and
- we reserve the right to refuse a goodwill return where the goods do not meet these conditions.
Our goodwill returns policy does not apply to goods which are excluded from return by law or to goods which have been personalised or made to your specifications, unless we agree otherwise.
Where a return is accepted under this goodwill policy, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods. Any exchange will be subject to product availability.
19. Statutory rights are separate from our goodwill returns policy
Our 30-day goodwill returns policy applies to voluntary change-of-mind returns and is separate from your statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in our goodwill returns policy limits or excludes your statutory rights.
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights, you may have additional rights and remedies under applicable consumer law.
These rights apply regardless of whether the 14-day statutory cancellation period or our 30-day goodwill returns period has expired.
20. Exceptions to the statutory cancellation right
The statutory cancellation right does not apply to certain goods and circumstances specified by law.
These may include, for example:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable; and
- other goods or services falling within the statutory exceptions.
Where a statutory exception applies, we will explain this to you before you place your order where required by law.
21. Promotions and discounts
Promotional offers are subject to the terms stated with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law, but this will not affect orders already accepted by us.
22. Gift cards and vouchers
Any gift cards or vouchers issued by us are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of purchase or issue.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
23. Product safety and use
You are responsible for using products in accordance with any instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the product.
Products such as martial arts equipment and protective equipment should be used only for their intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits our legal responsibility where the law does not permit us to exclude or limit it.
24. Website information
We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, website content is provided for general information and may occasionally contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have as a consumer in relation to goods you purchase from us.
25. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs and software, belong to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may view and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
26. Trade marks
Any trade marks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners.
Nothing on our website grants you a licence to use any trade mark without the permission of the relevant owner.
27. Third-party websites and links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
These links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or security of third-party websites.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that we endorse that website or its products or services.
28. Website availability
We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly but cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for maintenance, security or other legitimate reasons.
29. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We do not exclude or limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or which do not arise naturally from our breach of these Terms.
30. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
Such events may include natural disasters, serious disruption to transport networks, industrial disputes, war, terrorism, government action, widespread technical failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
31. Privacy and cookies
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies. Where consent is required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
You can manage your cookie preferences using the controls provided on our website.
32. Marketing communications
Where permitted by law, we may send you marketing communications about our products, services or promotions.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us.
We will not rely on these Terms and Conditions as a substitute for any consent required by applicable electronic marketing laws.
33. Complaints
If you have a complaint about our products or service, please contact us using the details provided in the Contact us section.
We will aim to investigate and resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
34. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of the part of the UK in which you live.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
35. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase will be the version in force when you place your order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
37. Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the information provided to you during the ordering process and any other policies expressly incorporated into your contract, form the agreement between you and us concerning your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
