Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (“Gift Card Terms”) apply to digital gift cards purchased from Thai Boxing Store Ltd.
By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Gift Card Terms. These Gift Card Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In these Gift Card Terms, “Thai Boxing Store Ltd”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Thai Boxing Store (UK) LTD trading as Thai Boxing Store Ltd.
2. Purchasing a Digital Gift Card
2.1 Our gift cards are digital gift cards and are purchased through our website.
2.2 Digital gift cards are issued in pounds sterling (GBP).
2.3 The available gift card denominations or values will be displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
2.4 Once payment has been successfully processed, the digital gift card will be issued to the email address provided during the order process, subject to any necessary processing or security checks.
2.5 You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address when purchasing a digital gift card.
2.6 We are not responsible for a gift card being sent to an incorrect email address where the incorrect address was provided by the purchaser.
2.7 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment fraud or other unlawful activity.
3. Validity and Expiry
3.1 Our digital gift cards do not have an expiry date.
3.2 A gift card balance will remain available until it has been fully redeemed, subject to these Gift Card Terms and applicable law.
3.3 We will not charge an inactivity fee, administration fee or other fee that reduces the value of a gift card over time.
4. Redeeming a Gift Card
4.1 Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible purchases made through the Thai Boxing Store Ltd website.
4.2 A gift card may be used as full or part payment for an eligible purchase.
4.3 Where the value of an order exceeds the remaining gift card balance, the difference may be paid using another payment method accepted by us.
4.4 Where the value of an order is less than the remaining gift card balance, the unused balance will remain available for future purchases.
4.5 Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
4.6 Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
4.7 No cash change will be given for any unused portion of a gift card.
4.8 Gift cards cannot be used to make purchases outside the Thai Boxing Store Ltd website unless we expressly state otherwise.
5. Gift Card Balance
5.1 The remaining balance of a gift card may be checked by contacting us at info@thaiboxingstore.co.uk
5.2 We may require reasonable information to verify the gift card before providing balance information or making changes to a gift card.
5.3 Gift card balances do not earn interest.
6. Delivery of Digital Gift Cards
6.1 Digital gift cards are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided when the gift card is purchased.
6.2 Delivery may be subject to normal email or payment-processing delays.
6.3 If you have not received your digital gift card within a reasonable period after purchase, please contact us at info@thaiboxingstore.co.uk.
6.4 We may ask you to provide details of the original purchase so that we can verify the transaction and assist you.
6.5 If a digital gift card is not delivered because of an error on our part, we will take reasonable steps to correct the problem or provide an appropriate remedy.
7. Lost, Stolen or Unauthorised Use
7.1 A digital gift card and its unique gift card code should be treated as cash and kept secure.
7.2 Anyone who has access to a valid gift card code may be able to use the gift card.
7.3 If you believe that your gift card code has been lost, stolen or used without your permission, you should contact us as soon as possible.
7.4 Where reasonably possible, we may suspend or replace a gift card following an investigation into suspected unauthorised use.
7.5 We are not responsible for losses resulting from a gift card being disclosed, transferred or used by another person where the loss was not caused by our breach of contract, negligence or failure to comply with our legal obligations.
7.6 Nothing in these Gift Card Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
8. Fraud and Misuse
8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a gift card where we reasonably believe that it has been obtained, used or transferred fraudulently or unlawfully.
8.2 We may refuse to accept a gift card where we reasonably believe that the gift card or its code has been duplicated, altered or otherwise obtained through fraudulent means.
8.3 Where we suspend or cancel a gift card, we will investigate the circumstances and, where appropriate, restore the balance or provide another appropriate remedy.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancelled Orders
9.1 Goods purchased using a gift card are subject to our normal returns and refund policy.
9.2 Where you are legally entitled to a refund for goods purchased using a gift card, the refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our returns policy.
9.3 Where a purchase was paid for using both a gift card and another payment method, we may refund the relevant amounts to the respective payment methods, subject to applicable law.
9.4 Nothing in these Gift Card Terms affects your statutory rights to cancel an order, obtain a refund or seek another remedy where such rights apply.
10. Gifting and Transfer
10.1 Digital gift cards may be given as a gift to another person.
10.2 Once a gift card has been given to another person, we will generally treat the person in possession of the valid gift card code as authorised to use it.
10.3 Gift cards may not be resold for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
11. Changes to These Terms
11.1 We may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to our services, systems or legal requirements.
11.2 Any changes will not retrospectively remove or materially reduce rights that a customer has already acquired in relation to a gift card, except where we are legally entitled to do so.
11.3 The Gift Card Terms applicable to a gift card will generally be those in force when that gift card was purchased.
12. Consumer Rights
12.1 These Gift Card Terms operate alongside your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law.
12.2 Nothing in these Gift Card Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited.
12.3 If any provision of these Gift Card Terms is found to be unlawful, unfair or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
13. Liability
13.1 Nothing in these Gift Card Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, we are not responsible for losses resulting from the loss, theft or unauthorised use of a gift card where this is not caused by our breach of contract, negligence or failure to comply with our legal obligations.
14. Governing Law
14.1 These Gift Card Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.2 If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to you that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.3 Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable under the relevant consumer protection laws.
