Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, subject to the items ordered being in stock. If an item is not in stock you will be informed by email within 2 working days of placing your order (normally same day). It is therefore vital that when registering your details you provide a correct email address that you have regular access to and a valid contact number (see Privacy Policy re our use of customer information).
Communication
E-mail is our primary means of communication. In instances where we need to communicate with you e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address you provided upon purchase of goods. When an e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address provided by you we will have deemed to have communicated with you. It is your responsibility to check your e-mails
Once we have contacted you we will keep your order open for another week. If we have no response from you
your order will be cancelled - no money will be charged to your card
Our couriers are www.interlinkexpress.com for larger items (gloves etc) and www.royalmail.com for smaller items (wraps; anklets etc) and both will require a signature. If there is nobody in at the time of delivery the couriers will leave a card (UK only). You can opt to have your order delivered to an alternative address (such as work / friends address) to ensure that there is someone to sign for it.
The rates quoted below are for all orders up to 25kg. Please note that Thai pads can only be shipped to the UK mainland.
